endeavour to take all reasonable care, in so far as it is possible to do so, to

negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if
a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when
accessing or ordering.

Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within 2-7 days if the goods are in stock. If the
goods you order are Out of Stock we will send the order to you as soon as the
product becomes available again. If we cannot source your item we will contact
you to inform you.
All software is supplied in the form of an electronic download and is
available immediately payment has cleared.
Cancellation
Cancellation of training course with less than 1 weeks notice will incur a
25% charge, less than 48 hours will incur a 33% charge. We do not accept
cancellations of dispatched goods.
Returns and Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery
and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be
unsuitable please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an
unused condition for a full refund less of any postage costs. Applies to
non downloadable data only. For all downloadable data and programs there is no
return or refund available.
